Return & Refund Policy
Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Item(s) must be:
- In its original, undamaged condition with original invoice
- Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
- In its original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar sized box as the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.
- Return Shipping cost on non-damaged goods will be your responsibility.
- If your product is damaged in shipping, you must provide photos and request refund on our refund request form, all return shipping will be paid by Creative Digital LLC
- If you have not received, you order within a reasonable time Creative Digital LLC will issues you a refund with 3 days
- Damages and issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that can’t be returned:
- Open Box / Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Some Books market on the sales page
- Used Fragrances
If Creative Digital LLC has committed an error or a gift is damaged Creative Digital LLC will retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. But, again we must be able to retrieve the damaged gift to offer a refund of any kind. No additional discounts will be offered if the gift can not be retrieved. The gift must be unopened and in its original condition. We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need too at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of Creative Digital LLC, a customer wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.
In addition, any delivery ship fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
- Assembly services included with delivery
Items under $50.00 excluding the above listed we may offer you a percentage refund and you keep the item.
